Employee Leave

  • Annual Leave
    • More than 6 months of employment and less than 1 years: 3 days
    • More than 1 year of employment and less than 2 years: 7 days
    • More than 2 years of employment and less than 3 years: 10 days
    • More than 3 years of employment and less than 5 years: 14 days
    • More than 5 years of employment and less than 10 years: 15 days
    • More than 10 years of employment: In addition to the 15 days, 1 more day is added per year until reaching the maximum annual leave amount of 30 days
  • Sick Leave
    • Employees are entitled to 30 days of sick leave per year to be used when an employee suffers an illness and professional care is required. Employees receive normal pay during the first 15 days of sick leave in order to recover.
  • Paternity Leave
    • Male employees are allowed a 5-day leave with pay for the birth of a new baby.
  • Maternity leave
    • Female employees are allowed a 56-day leave with pay away from work after giving birth to a baby.
